The New Campus consists of several buildings including two administration buildings, 2,500 seats theatre complex, 12 colleges, performance centre housing a 700-seats theatre and a 400-seats theatre, students and guests housing complex, and utility buildings including a central utility plant, data centre, and carparking areas.

The project consists of two components providing unique experience to leisure and business guests. The first component, the Ritz Carlton Hotel, is 19-floor tower with a built-up area of approximately 29,000 square metres accommodating 194 rooms and 34 suites. The hotel includes high-end amenities including a 1,000 square metres Banquet Hall, restaurants, spa, hair salon, external gardens, world-class meeting and event facilities, swimming pools, fitness centre, boardroom, and Club Lounge. The second component, the branded Ritz Carlton Residences, has an estimated built-up area of 36,000 square metres, comprised of 20 floors. It features 90 luxurious apartments with all distinctive amenities and recreational facilities. In addition, there are four basement levels with approximately 43,000 square metres of built-up area that includes services, parking and BoH areas.

Sets on a 70,000 square metres land, Crown Plaza has a built-up area of 55,000 square metres comprising of 450 rooms, 30 executive suites, 2 royal suites, Spa with 3 swimming pools totaling 7,000 square metres (one of the largest spas in the Middle East), restaurants, ballrooms and meeting rooms, carpark, and BoH facilities including kitchens, laundry, plantrooms, etc.

The plant was constructed on a 21,000 square metres land and it involved the construction of a pharmaceutical plant, processing units, laboratories, storage facilities and offices, and the installation of machinery and power-related facilities.

The New Bugesera International Airport (NBIA) has a site area of 25,000 hectares and is located 25 kilometres south of Kigali International Airport, the current gateway to Rwanda. With a capacity to handle 8.2 million passengers and 150,000 tons of cargo annually in its first phase, and 14 million passengers and 300,000 tons of cargo annually in its second phase, this new greenfield airport will act as a regional hub or East Africa.

The Hospital consists of two main buildings (towers) with total number of 1,000 beds, 120 policlinics and 21 surgical suites and 16 different medical departments with a total build up area of 100,000 square metres. The hospital offers the most advanced facilities and uses sensitive design strategies to make friendly both to the environment as well as it’s visitors.

Macquarie University has made a significant investment in a six-storey academic complex, covering 13,237 square metres. This state-of-theart facility will house the School of Engineering, supporting a staff of 119 members and serving 1,940 students. Additionally, the project includes a substantial 2,718 square metres astronomy center, a collaborative effort with Australian Astronomical Optics. This initiative highlights the university’s commitment to advancing education and research in Physics, Astronomy, and Engineering.

Sustainable building design which was recognised by numerous awards. Covering more than 25,000 square metres, the project included 4 main buildings including Office, Production and Packaging, Warehouse, and Plants building that are housing the major HVAC plants and compressed air plant. The new smart flow-through design optimizes materials handling at all stages from production through to dispatch and ensures enhanced customer service with faster order turnaround and fulfillment accuracy.
